When there are planned changes to the Q Keyboard, they are often just documentation fixes, to clarify some point or correct a typo. The Pending Updates allows you to see the latest information before a formal release package has been generated yet.
In, Part 6: Support for Vietnamese → Combining modifiers for Vietnamese, the table at the bottom is incorrect. It should read as follows:
There are also two "convenience combining marks" that are useful for Vietnamese letters, which can be used instead of the corresponding combining marks shown in previous sections: For combining mark of type Horn Above, use Held AL , M (comma M) to produce ơ [Do not use Dead AL , M as this is not defined]. For combining mark of type Dot Below, use Dead AL . . (dot dot) to produce ọ [Do not use Held AL . . as this will produce ȯ Dot Above]. The key sequences Held AL , . and Held AL , . previously listed here were incorrect. These now both produce the punctuation ʻ U+02BB Modifier Letter Turned Comma.
